The Blenheim Society is holding its Annual General Meeting at the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre, East Kirkby Lincs PE23 4DE on Saturday June 13th 2026 at 11am and we would like to invite as many members as possible to attend.
The Museum opens at 10am and parking and entry for all attendees is free, refreshments will be served from 10.30 am and the meeting will start at 11am. Once the meeting has finished, there will be plenty of opportunity for attendees to socialize and explore the Museum at leisure.
2026 is a very special year for the Blenheim as it is the 90 th anniversary of her first flight in June 1936 so after the AGM this year, between 2pm and 4pm, we’re offering you the opportunity to attend an exclusive afternoon tea party to commemorate this momentous occasion. There are 30 spaces available at a cost of £20 per head and we would love you to join us in the celebrations (& maybe a few surprises)
Please can you let us know if you will be attending the AGM and/or the afternoon tea by e mailing Kelly at finance@blenheimsociety.com with your name and membership number plus the name of your guest (limited to 1 per member). Kelly will then send you bank details for the tea party payment (if applicable) with tickets allocated on receipt of payment. If you would prefer, please send a cheque for up to 2 places to Blenheim Society Finance, 28 Withersfield Road, Haverhill, Suffolk, CB9 9HE with your details and Kelly will confirm by return of post.
Please note, entry to the AGM is free but we still need names and numbers for seating/welcome refreshments in advance, thank you.
